imagine you started up a company. Good problem to solve, good developers team that developed a strong tool. For the first 2 years, you, as a founder and the close knit co-founders team you built, sold close to 1mn just out of word of mouth. 

No process in place, no sales team. you only just made a marketing team. 

How would you go about establishing the sales team, now that you have found that one AE who can help you do it?

'90s and early '00s were amazing. Gone so far down hill.
Still a few good skits here and there, but not the same.
I was going to make a cheeky comment about this being a lot more than 'trivia' but then I realized that Sean would get my point across much better.

Honestly, I think a lot of old SNL is seen favorably because of nostalgia. There were plenty of subpar skits from the beginning, and they rarely knew how to finish a sketch properly. They mostly just tailed off with no end, a bit limply. That said, any highlight collection is often hilarious and worth watching. It's like visiting old friends you remember fondly.

Oh for sure, so a compilation of Belushi - awesome. Radner? I'm in. You get the drift. But that's their BEST sketches, not the ones that were questionable even at the time.
Not that you'll catch me quoting any of the characters at random intervals ever.

currently there is share to WR and it creates a new post, could you share it in a link capable of going into a comment or just the text in a formatted way? Honestly not sure, just felt a bit clunky, but obv there are work arounds.

Well, who are you customers where your product is flourishing? Who are their competitors? Have you done any true market research into the TAM across those verticals?

For the deals that have closed, who was involved from both sides, what steps in the cycle moved swiftly and what stalled? Create your process around that, and align it with something standard like MEDDPICC.
