Visiting San Fran. Places to wine and dine and nice hotels.

I am visiting SF in March which coincides with my partners 30th birthday and looking for recommendations on restaurants, bars and hotels to stay in.

I also want to celebrate her 30th In a viby bar/restaurant with a rooftop.

all help greatly appreciated and if not appropriate for this platform let me know.

What kind of food do you enjoy?
I'm headed for the House of Prime Rib tonight, which may or may not be your thing.
March is also fairly cold - so a rooftop may be quite a bit chillier than expected.
Waterfront dining - check out Waterbar, EPIC Steak, Coqueta, LaMar, Waterfront.
Re hotels - where do you want to be? I mean, there's always the Four Seasons, the OMNI, the Westin St Francis or the Fairmont downtown, or you can go be near Fisherman's Wharf and the waterfront at the Argonaut or the Zephyr. Or, if you're trying to get some nights with Marriott or Hilton, there are other possibilities.

Check out some Instagram pages like only in sf or secret San Fran they prob have the best new spots on their. I don’t live there or visit there, but that’s how I find restaurants and bars in tampa that are brand new or hidden gems that aren’t easily found on google/open table
