sigh, without salespeople, revenue doesn't happen and you don't grow, you can get to 20-30 employees through referrals and word of mouth but if you want to get larger and start generating revenue you need someone selling. I get looking for the right person, that said our world is grow or die. this one is looking at 5 years before they are dead if they don't shift philosophies.
