This deal was smooth sailing at the start & it looked like we were lined up for a quick close. We got on the last closing call & they said they'd chat with the finance team that day to finalize how they would like to pay for the subscription. I didn't hear from them for two weeks. When I did finally hear from them, they claimed the price was $88 more than they thought even though I had sent them an official quote with the pricing outlined. They then had to go back and get approval for the additional $88 & a week later they finally came over the line!
For the record, I would have given them $88 to sign the dang contract...
