What do you put in your brag book? In regards to your accomplishments do you show any proof?

Morning All! Curious to know what other top sales savages are inputting in their brag books? I've read people put paystubs to verify pay scale, pictures of sales awards (presidents club, circle, whatever your company calls it). Obviously recommendation letters from clients and past co-workers.

This is really difficult for me since a lot of stuff can not be disclosed. So I give rough numbers and stuff I can disclose and then when discussing it I add extra info (but not on paper).

Agreed, I have heard of people putting the list reps which shows revenue or % to plan monthly, quarterly, and annually. Even if you were to show you wee 4th for example I don't think it is wise to show the other reps names.

So to my point, I input 4th in 2019 of 3000, month % to x, qtr x%, annualy, etc.

Good point though, I agree.

It's percentages to goal for me and the logos I have closed. they're pretty recognizable in my industry so it goes along rather well

I've never heard of someone creating a scrapbook of their sales accomplishments. Is this sort of like a portfolio for a creative?

Yep. Some of the bigger fortune 500 companies typically request it, or expect it. Plus it helps me stay on track of my accomplishments, and additional responsibilities I didn't list on my resume.

Tough to do without paying for something. I had SalesLoft, but I used seamless.ai and LinkedIn for most of my outreach. Seamless.ai can be cheap, but you get what you pay for
