What do YOU think you can get? 55k = 10% raise, 60k = 20% raise. What are you worth? What you can justify to them?
2
BDR
55k realistically, generated 700k in ARR in 10 months

More context needed. You may not be in a spot to ask for anything.

I have a blanket policy of ALWAYS asking for as much as I see my range being at. Because if you don't, well, you end up with less money.

were you the top rep?
how many people on the team?
do you live in a high cost of living area?
is your company doing well/profitable?does your manager like you?
any idea if anyone on your team has successfully gotten a raise?
is there a promotion cycle coming up/review cycle, or are you going to ask for a raise because you want one now?

you posted you make 50k and that after tax you're taking home less. that's life, you're never going to be able to get a raise based on after tax earnings fwiw.

average, appreciate the honesty. 20% would be way above average for an entry level rep on base. shoot for 10%, ask around to others. if your manager turns you down, ask to put in some metrics to hit for the next cycle to better your chances.

or move out of the most expensive place in the world to live and you'll get a 10-20% raise.

Is that $700k in pipeline generated or reflective of deals won and revenue under contract?

Straight answer - more the better :)You are in inbound - what about commission - are you being paid for meetings, pipeline generated, both. How if it is actually closing? Are you getting any offers - how are they willing to pay you
0
BDR
yes, I am inbound, I paid a commission (attended meeting, and if we convert to an opp, $87 for meeting, 115$ for opp)

87 plus 115 or 115 in total? Regardless = holy shit comp for opp is really low and I assume meetings are pretty capped if you are doing inbound only. Whats average deal size?
0
BDR
87 plus 115
so 200$ if the meeting happens and an opp was created
average deal $68k to 250k$
