We've been at this WFH game for nearly 2 years. I'm past the "new skills" and onto the routine of life.

Love it! What are you finding gets you a better routine? Workout? Home projects? Schedule?ย

One thing that this switch to WFH has taught me is that I LOVE time away from screens, social media, and news. I thought I'd become more reliant on screens with less to do outside of the house, but the opposite became true. I've spent way more time reading, getting outside, and working on non-electronics related hobbies in the last two years than I ever did before. I'm also way more protective of my mental state, so avoiding the constant stream of negative information from the news or toxic shit on social media has been super valuable as well.

Don't complain to a Canadian about the weather in Nashville LOL. Also assuming you meant "nice big yard" and not "a nice big hard."ย

Im actually really enjoying it. I tried CodeAcademy but i like how Mimo has gamified it. Im also extremely ADHD and learning in shirt little sections has been very helpful!

I love doing home projects.. Iโ€™m currently transforming our odd โ€œformal living roomโ€ space into a library which will also act as my office.

I actually learned to play the piano and Iโ€™ve been playing since about April 2020 until now, so thatโ€™s cool I guess

Coding is a great option! I think putting in a little foreign language study is another one - saw some comments for Italian below, anything on Duo Lingo is great for that.ย

Iโ€™m looking into getting another masters degree. Issue is, it would take 3 years and they online have virtual learning as long as the pandemic stays in play
