Which way to The President's Club?

Two of my previous employers ended their President's Club programs right before I joined the company -- and proceeded to crush quota in a way that would have guaranteed my toes out at some exotic all-inclusive resort had I joined just one year earlier.


But, all humblebrag and bitterness aside...


Which companies still have them?

Do you target teams/employers with President's Clubs or other attractive incentive programs?

If so, where/how are you filtering for this pre-interview?

Not sure how to compile a list, maybe include "President's Club" in the keyword section when looking at job descriptions.

I know my company paused it during covid and just brought it back.

However, I will say Presidents Club is super cool (I personally have never been so take this with a grain of salt) but if you are doing well and killing quota during a recession. I don't see not having presidents club as a reason to leave.

Currently you can pay for your own trip with bonuses/commish, not as fun as it getting paid for. But your next place isn't a guarantee (bad territory, super small % get prez club, or you have a shitty manager that makes your life hell).

We have it, but it just came back after Covid.

And some companies have it, but it's not guaranteed to those who make and exceed quota - there's some other factor that's involved so it is almost arbitrary. It just about killed us one year when a rep who made 99.99% of his number got to go, and a rep who absolutely crushed it at 240% wasn't selected.

Crush your quota, and take yourself and your favorite people somewhere you like!

My last company had the greatest P-Club prize of all time. They would simply give you $5,000 that you could spend on a trip when and wherever you wanted. You weren’t forced to go spend a week with coworkers at some random all inclusive in Mexico, but could go anywhere.

I worked at a company that picked one employee a year to take a $10k trip. Was cool to see them open it up to the entire org. Usually they picked someone that not only exceeded their role, but also put in the thankless work outside of it.

A lot of companies now give you a payout iof what the trip costs instead of sending you on a vacation. Let’s be honest do you really want to be on a trip with pricks you give two shits about?
