Who else still dosent have their comp plan?

Coming in on two months into the year with no word from comp. I'm new to the company and managment can't even give me an order of magnitude for my ramp number. I have a large deal closing next week with absolutely no idea how much I'll make on it. 

Anyone else in this boat?

Lol you expect yours in H1? I’m lucky if I get a firm number that doesn’t change by Q2. 

I just assume my number will be last years quota * 1.4. Worst case I hedge high, but I have found that to be generally accurate through the years

Mine focuses on 1% of closed deals I'd get as an expected part of it.

We haven't even generated consistent enough sales as a company to where the number they put it would make any sense.

Added to the fact that they don't like the word "demo" anymore so AE's are doing double qualification even after a BDR does it.

It's a really, really, stupid company. Took me months to figure it out, and I'm sure it'll take me additional months to jump ship.

hahahah right there with ya bud! Just started a new role and the COO is telling me he is still ironing out the comp plan hahahah

thank god I got a nice signing bonus and base or id be really pissed.

In America, the land of 7% yearly inflation increases, my shit $55k base, and startup constantly fucking me over on comp plan has me PISSED.
