Why does Denver suck?

I just got back from a conference in Denver. Serious question: Does this city usually suck this much for conferences or trade shows? This was arguably one of the worst shows I've attended. I got MAYBE 3 leads.


The good news is that I have 3 conferences lined up over the next 2 months. The great news? They're all in Vegas. Pray for paddy's liver.

I'll be going in November for a niche conference that my company is partly sponsoring the event. So it should definitely not be a bust but I think it's tough to tell without knowing the show.

Unused to live in downtown Denver. Cool town but not really a party town. More of a smoke weed and chill at the brewery. There are some awesome spots by the ballpark though.

Denver does not suck. I have had Denver in my territory at two different jobs over the past 5 (different industries) and have cleaned up. Iโ€™m not one to hate the player so Iโ€™ll just assume it was the conference or the timing of the conference.
