Work from anywhere with one or two team offsites per year sounds like the best to me.

Hybrid is a bunch of BS that these companies, who are stuck in long term leases, are pushing. I like the opportunity of being able to go into the office, but on my schedule

I am extroverted like crazy and need some interaction other than over the internet.
I am loving WFH
I am nearly 100% WFH and go back to the office once every quarter or two. I started the WFH 100% in October of last year with around 7 years of 100% in office/factory before.
Personally, I get a boost in excitement/motivation after I am in the office/factory. It might have something to do with the fact that our office is also the manufacturing plant and there is an energy there that gets people really motivated.

For manufacturing industry it's non-negotiable coz a set of people needs to onsite for operations. Hope AI empowers this industry sooner
Absolutely. This is what triggered the everyone come back so quickly for us, 2/3 of the company can't work without being onsite.
While earlier in careers it is valuable to be in office at least for some of the time, I find it way easier to focus/have productive stretches WFH
having an office to go into occasionally is nice, that's why I live near it. But I have no interest in being required to come in
