Recently the CEO posted they are hiring 1000+ roles this year.
The sales team especially are very big on linkedin content creation and course selling. Not sure if that is a strategy to hire talent. They are also pretty big on adopting new tools in the market. The company is >$400m ARR in less than 5yrs.
Overall seems like a good company but cannot judge a book by the cover. The recruiters keep sliding in the linkedin inbox once every 6months. Hence trying to understand what is the sales culture at Deel.
