I love bringing a book (I’m trying to read the entire Diskworld series), a paper/magazine (Barron’s is my go to), and some presentation work. It gives me options to do for about 30 minutes before I decide to just watch movies/TV and drink.

A combo. Have a book to read, a note pad to put your thoughts on, colouring in pad and pencils (don't knock it until you try it). Oh, and get Ted Lasso, Yellowstone or similar.
Watch every ESPN 30 for 30 episode or some other documentary series with some cocktails. You will either be thoroughly entertained, fall asleep, or both!
