They don't do quarterly quotas here, it's monthly. This is my first official month selling with a quota at this place. Need to get 2-3 deals a day to hit my monthly goal. I wasn't planning on being here this long (or at all) when I accepted this job so I'm not totally excited to be honest. Hoping some of the jobs I've been interviewing for the past week progress to an offer so I can jump ship.
