41% LI Acceptence Rate (net new), good/bad/ugly?

Need some feedback on prospecting, over last 3 months I started focussing on outbound through linkedin. My profile still needs alot of work (I always feel I don't have anything super interesting on it ). But in my outreach, I ensure I am relevant and connect with a purpose. The 300 chars in Linkedin Invite Message gets me excited to push boundaries , I keep optimising there.

I am seeing 41% acceptance rate for net-new connections (as in I have never known these people, see screenshot). Then, out of the 499 people I connected, I was able to set 20 new meetings for myself.

Is this good/bad/ugly? What sort of acceptance rates/open rates do you see?

Can’t judge until I know the show rate and pipe created. I get a 99.7% open rate on emails with a subject line “your wife’s internet pics”

Why don’t you use premium and use the 1,500 characters? You also get a larger pool to outbound to

***I*** would say 41% is good. But my industry of choice is notoriously bad with LI. Still, I ignore most LI connection requests personally because they don't tell me why they want to connect with me.
