I am 7m into a new role that I am both KILLING and absolutely loving. I've truly never had so much satisfaction in the daily grind. The only problem is that the base is too low to live on and it's a 2x/yr commission payout structure. In the 5 months of the fiscal year I've already hit bonus, it just won't pay out until June 2023. Your girl is going broke in favor of actually liking her job.
Need some ideas for a side-hustle or second job that won't put me out in the public much. I'm not above waitressing for a few months, but I don't want to have interactions with my local customers outside of my current role for obvious reasons.
I'm a busy mom of 3, so I'd love to find something that I can kinda phone in during those "off hours". Have any of you found a good second stream of income that doesn't interfere with your main role?
FWIW: this has all come about because insurance has fucked me on payment for- toddler surgery, teen braces x2, and teen ultrasound for potential cancer (was clear!). Once I get these bills paid off I'll be back in good shape financially, but I'm about $17k in the hole from these things! God I love US healthcare 🫠
