i am constantly looking for the best opportunity for my company and for myself.

in this case, I have another interview with a big company. Field Account Executive- selling server solutions.

my question is, what do you look for in a big company. what are some green flags?

Just reach out to someone on LinkedIn and ask them their experience. More often than not, they’d tell you what it’s like to work for that company.

I did this with Supermicro, lots of disgruntled people. Missed out due to the stock price but from what I hear they are actively trying to pay new people less.

Money, team attainment, explanation on why hiring now if they RIF'd over the last couple years, existing BoB, RSU's, growth opportunities, ramp/training programs (bigger the company the better they should be).

What are the consist comments on Glassdoor. That will give you an idea of both the green and red flags.

And if they share the comp plan, how many pages is it. In my experience the longer the comp plan, the worse of a sales environment it’s going to be.

Ill check repvue but I have found it to be more of a tool for tech companies in the software space.
