In the recent few months, we’ve re-realized one thing: we need to keep the War Room bulletproof of shitty content. Only then, we can make this the best place for salespeople that’s ever existed. Commission has its own place in the WR, but quality content takes precedence hands-down.
We also promised you during the Recap n Rewards for AMA with Ross, that we are continuously thinking of more ways to keep rewarding savages who’re trying to make WR a better place for salespeople every single day - who go above and beyond the “congrats” and “thank you’s” - who bring in some real, unadulterated, savage-like stories.
So we thought we shouldn’t wait for another AMA to reward our savages, but instead think of a way to embed it in the way we interact in the War Room. The answer was staring right at us all this while, and now the time has come to implement it.
Introducing: "Leaderboard 2.0"
Till now, the WR weekly leaderboard has been about the maximum commission earner - top 3 folks who have max. post n comments, get the highest upvotes & make the most referrals. In short: it’s always been about volume (it’s important to mention that some have done exceptionally well by winning the leaderboard regularly and truly deserve to be called “savages”).
What’s different in "Leaderboard 2.0"?
In Leaderboard 2.0, we want to bring in 2 more core values that the War Room represents and stands for: having top-quality sales content and making this place for new salespeople to transform into sales savages like yourself. We’ve decided to have 3 categories of weekly winners in Leaderboard 2.0:
- Top Commission Winner [$25 Gift Card]: top commission earner (as it is right now)
- Top Quality Winner [$35 Gift Card]: best content added in WR (posts/comments / etc.): decided by Bravado management
- Top Newcomer [$25 Gift Card]: will be decided by the War Room via a weekly Sunday poll, and/or necessary interventions from WR Moderator
When will this be Live?
Coming Monday i.e December 05, 2022.
How this will Work?
To kick-start Leaderboard 2.0, we’d be removing the existing leaderboard section which you see on the right-hand side of your War Room feed and replacing it with a pinned post on your feed. There’d be a new pinned post named “Weekly Leaderboard Updates” every week, which would be updated several times a week indicating which savage is leading in each category.
Final Thoughts?
We believe with Leaderboard 2.0, we’d witness the change we all want to see in the War Room by making this a place for salespeople to become the best versions of themselves, and to rightfully reward the ones who’re able to.
Honor Thy Content!
ps: for the ones who were not-too-happy about gift cards going away from the commission store, this can be an excellent opportunity for you to grab ‘em every single week by adding quality content in the War Room.
