While I wait for my date with destiny, which is just living that sales life and waiting for bluebirds, is anyone else waiting to get their updated compensation plans?
My company is finally getting around to updating the comp plans due to a few factors such as a shift in our leadership and a late acquisition in November.
I'm just wondering if anyone else is out here in the cold waiting with me. The longest I've waited before was 3 months.
