I'm *supposed* to be in the office for these - I'm pulling the health issues card. And if you're not in person, you're required to be on camera.

And yes, he calls on all of us to talk about pipeline. And I still have a weekly 1:1 as well to personally go over pipeline. 

It's supposed to be company wide practice. Not every office follows it - I'm not in those offices so I don't know what exactly they do. I know that NE makes everyone do full on slide deck practice presentations for hours during these. We had to do that once in "teams" for cross sell. It's like, when do we have time to make money???? 

Hence why I'm in the WR during this shit lol

It's 1.5 hours on Monday morning, 1.5 on Tuesday. a 1 on 1 Wednesday or Thursday morning for 30 min and then a 45 minute roundup on Thursday to check our activity...that's already populated and monitored on our CRM because you know, it's 2021. So that's 4 hours 15 minutes of internal meetings.

@CaneWolf  Producer = insurance sales person

“New” Producer = Sales person who has not yet brought in 4x their salary in revenue to the company.

aka, $1M in premium = ~$100k revenue to the company. 

If your salary is $100k, you must write $4M in premium to no longer be considered “New”, and become “Established” (aka no salary and bigger commission). You have 3 years to do that, but it depends on the company. There are also other ramp structures. Depends on your contract.

It depends on the firm. 

But yes, this industry has a very long sales cycle and if you’re not patient, you won’t last. Unless you do small commercial. Less $$$ tho.

But for sure “New” Producers are subjected to 1000000000% more stupid meetings
