Apollo.IO, LeadIQ, Or Other?

FYI -- This is for personal, individual usage. Single user.


I currently use APollo.io for cold outbound, and have been looking around to decide if I should stay with them. I don't see any reason not to currently, but maybe someone out there does.


LeadIQ is double the price of Apollo, don't know anything about them.

Other, more expensive options are off the table.


Apollo seems good to go as many people are more reachable via email lately, not everyone has numbers available either.

Heard great things about apollo but have only ever used ZoomInfo, D&B and sales nav as contact databasesโ€ฆ

Did some research comparing ZoomInfo to Apollo and the reviews usually favored Apollo quite consistently but again, never used it myself.

I can't speak to Apollo as I've never used it. I have used LeadIQ in the past and found it to be valuable. That being said, it doesn't ALWAYS have the most current and accurate informration. But some information is better than no information.

Have only really used ZI for this type of outbound prospecting. I am genuinely curious about Apollo though, so please share your thoughts on it when you can.

Zoominfo has worked great for me.

I'd say I get the right email and number 75% of the time. When I don't, play dumb and say my info is outdated, they give me the name every time.

I love Apollo. I see a lot of complaints about logging calls on other CRMs and it's pretty intuitive.

What else are you trying to use it for?

I use apollo/HubSpot and it stacks very well. Can create lists that automate my dial log daily

Apollo has been fine but twice it has deleted my account and have had to rejoin. I guess it works out though since my credits renew each time.
