6 months into a new role --- couldn't believe how much the SDR role has changed since I've left it, the amount of tech embedded in the prospecting process, don't get me started on ABM or ABX and how that plays a role, I just can't believe how easy it's become. We just onboarded two new BDR's -- I'd love to encourage them to start doing the tasks that feel the most uncomfortable: their first call and pitch, and i want them to fail quickly so they can get back up and start crushing it. Any tips?
