Best question to ask is, asking about growth, since you’ve mentioned that you work as a Jr Account Exec and probably stepping down so you might wanna get back up there asap.
He isn’t a Jr AE. He’s a Junior.

Same here. I'm applying for jobs that are more than half my experience and half my normal salary / OTE - and STILL getting rejected. It's brutal out there.
@Space_Ghost20 Same here 😉 The jobs I'm getting rejected for ... kinda blow my mind. Worst job market I can remember (luckily during the 2008 - 2011 recession I was at a stable startup that had a lucrative exit).
Luckily during the last recession I was in college and too young and dumb to know anything about anything.
