Anyone taking advantage of it? I matched with a company and we did a screen then they told me the position was on hold until November. Just curious if anyone has had some success so far?

I got an offer, accepted it, and I'm still waiting to hear the next steps. Currently unemployed and looking, so if I can make some side money to tide me over until I find another role, I'd love to do so. So we'll see.

I was told they can have a ton of applications so they reject due to that.
But I didn't apply. I was "matched." Why bother matching me then? Just match an appropriate number.

Flex doesn’t really seem to have a whole lot of action about it. It gave me two possible matches, I started the process on both, nothing moved for a week. Moving on.
Still waiting for a connect but I'm super intrigued about it.

I accepted one and then it was rejected. No luck so far on my end, and I have operated as a fractional Vp of Sales/CRO in the past. Cool platform idea, but I have not made any money through Bravado yet - but could just be me :)

Had the int. with the internal bravado recruiter (he didn’t really know much about the process) but told me I was exactly what the CEO pant was looking for
Told me he would “pass” me and to expect contact from Bravado in the next 2/3 days as they wanted to fill the role quickly
It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing, despite reaching out and enquiring
Soooo my feedback? Pretty much like every recruitment company
