Bringing Value Through Humble Service

As a humble member of the sales team, I aim to contribute to the success of our company by embodying the values of integrity, empathy, and hard work. While some may view humility as a weakness, I believe it is a strength that allows me to connect with customers in a more genuine and meaningful way.

In the fast-paced world of sales, it can be easy to get caught up in aggressive tactics and bold claims. However, I have found that approaching sales from a place of humility allows me to truly listen to the needs of our customers. By recognizing that I do not have all the answers and that every customer's situation is unique, I can engage in conversations that are focused on finding the best solutions rather than just making a sale.

Hey Jacob, posts like this donโ€™t get much traction. If you want better engagement I would ask specific questions or create a good discussion. I would review other posts to get an idea. Welcome.

This is the kindest way to engage.

Jacob, take it to heart. Youโ€™re dealing with long-term sales professionals, and this isnโ€™t LinkedIn.

It's a solid piece, but I think this is your first time writing on the platform and your story seems like it's trying to tell us somethings we already know rather then start a conversation. My advice is that your next post stimulates the mind of the collective. In other words ask something that is relevant or start a conversation that hasn't been beat down already. Remember that this platform is active and we having discussions on a daily basis. So do your do diligence on your next post and you will enjoy the results. This is just my advice, Im in no way trying to speak for my fellow WR companions. All the best. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
