Building a territory plan for upcoming interviews

I posted a while back as I'm an enterprise BDR looking to break into an AE role. I have a few interviews lined up with VP's that I've prospected and want to build a territory/30-60-90 day plan to stand out.

Do any current AE's have resources that can help me build this out and what I should include?
