Bull Shit Quota and Bonues

my company decided to do give us an unattainable quota once again this year with bonuses at 80 90 95 and 100%. 
it's very clear that potentially only one person will hit 80%. However the company itself is going to hit goal. Anybody else dealing with this scenario and thoughts on how much longer the rest of us who are awesome at selling stick around?

Y’all have too many reps? How could everyone fall that short of quota, but the company hit its goal? If it’s that hard and unreasonable and sounds like it has happened this way before, time to look elsewhere?

Oh, that's definitely a thing. CRO 1.5xs the number and then front-line managers 1.25x it. I worked at a company that had one person hit but the company hit goal.
