My SE recently went far beyond the call of duty and probably worked an 80hr+ shift (this person also is juggling 3 kids) taking multiple calls from india during a POC that accounted for 30% of our entire quarters new logo revenue. We won the RFP purely due to (mainly) their ability and (somewhat lol) mine.
I want to get them something nice other than the massive commission check. Advice on this?
