I feel like there’s probably much more useful resources out there compared to Cardone but I’m personally not a fan of his so, make of that what you will.

Overwhelming no. Dated, old school approach. There are tons of recommendations for additional sales books (including ones you can get in the commission store!) that provide info on SPIN selling, GAP selling - all valuable techniques that you can apply to your practice - if you search these forums.
I think that there are better resources out there than Cardone. Keenan, John Barrows, Josh Braun, to name a few.

Always looking to level up most recent sales techniques and tools. I’ve read four of Cardone’s books and there there are some good nuggets of information. I am curious about his platform.
There's a few other books and influencers I'd reco.
Jeb Blount has a ton of literature, and does training as well.
Jeremy Lee Miner is strong as well if not a bit douchey, if you actually like Cardone, you'll probably resonate with his stuff more.

Cardone is good if you like real estate he knows nothing about selling he is a master marketer not sales guy. Theres a difference.

I know personally one of the 10X guys he has all over his stuff. This acquaintance is one of the biggest dirt bag scam artists of all time. He bought a drone once and swindled hundreds of thousands out of $ out of people in my area saying he had government contracts when the drone was from best buy. IMO if you surround yourself with scumbags, you are too so Cardone can kick sand. If you want someone that has been in the trenches and kicked ass at enterprise sales, go with IAN KONIAK. He was a top G at SalesForce. I used him when I hit a sales slump (I sold 1 deal a year for 2 years) and he rebuilt me. I have been top of leaderboards and P-Club for the last 3 years. Last year was pretty tough and was 1 of 3 to hit P-Club. Ian was great.
I just remembered one of my buddies was in a bidding war for a property in Miami. Cardone out bid him and 3 PE companies. We did the calculation and he actually bought it at less than a 2 CAP which means he loses money every month. It signaled to my buddy that he had to Cardone was overleveraged and just hoping the value would go up massively. Now with the state of the commercial RE markets coming due, he's in trouble.
Hate him or love him. I don’t really love him, however my past company gave us CardoneU and I have gone through a fair part of the training. I think is useful to go through some basics still depending on the experience, or it may work as motivational. For actual closing training however I don’t really suggest him and you can find better trainings. I still think JB’s superior.
Among 1000 hours there is some good content, sure. It would be out of business otherwise. But, would I suggest to pay for the entire program? Definitely No!

Don't be a hater, the guy is a self made billionaire. I consider him a great mentor, you definitely need to get used to his confidence. But I'm also old school I'm from the tom Hopkins and Jim Rohn generation so let the buyer beware.
