Cloudbeds poor interview practice

I applied to an SDR position at Cloudbeds 5 weeks ago and they asked me to do a 30 minute 1 way video interview and personally test.

After doing that I waited 4 weeks for a response, and eventually had a call with their recruiter yesterday.

This morning I had a call with an SDR manager who told me they do not intend to make me/anyone an offer as they ARE NOT HIRING and just finding candidates for pipeline....... 

in their words candidates to "have up my sleeve"
