I would suggest call them first over any of the other tactics. Easiest way to get their attention + no one else does it. Shows massive initiative.

Stop wasting time on HR/People folks and go right to the hiring manager or VP of the team youโ€™ll actually work for.

Great idea. This is how you separate yourself from the rest.

Calling HR I wouldn't recommend because it's rare they can actually do anything. VP's the success rate is likely not very high, but directors who are usually the Hiring manager I say go for it, they usually get off on that shit.

This is a great flow. I would just combine step 1&2. I like to reach out to the Hiring manager directly.

Go straight to hiring manager with a call. VPs and HR likely are outside of the process, so going straight to the source will be most helpful.

Are you looking to create a sequence or do you want us to rate the tactic in order?

Apollo has pre-scripted sequences with some sort of claim about data-supported proper cadences. The can be a helpful time saver for building them anyway. I don't buy that there's any one better way than the others. Like, 2 emails vs 3 3 days apart vs 4 as long as you're hitting every channel consistently.
What you're doing looks sane to me

Shit- you meant the people AT the company you want to work for. I knew that. Fukkit. Not deleting. Most of it still stands and you know how to do this ๐Ÿ˜‚

Do some solid research, apply, prepare a pitch not talking just about why their company is so great, but also why you would be a great add!
