Cold calling cell phones and using burner number

What has everyone’s experience been cold calling people on their cell? For me I probably get 1 out of 10 people that are semi-pissed off. Also, does anyone use anything like google voice to obtain a number with a specific zip code?

I get more answers then going through their work number but maybe 1 in 10 gets upset I found their cell. Well worth it.

If it’s in their email signature or found anywhere in the public domain it’s fair game. Haven’t run into anyone yet who didn’t like me calling their cells. In fact, many have turned to texting me since they know I’m calling from my cell too
