Comm Structure for Crypto Sales

I’m building out comp packages for my sales team. We are a layer one smart contract network so the SaaS model doesn’t apply aka no ARR metric to go by. Looking to see if anyone out there has built commission structure for crypto sales teams.

Do you have customers and make money? Always struggle with how any crypto company (other than a broker like Coinbase) makes any money.

The working formula is total new users x .2 (average amount that will actually participate) x100. Chainlink is an industry leader they use this formula roughly- but it’s all still in beta to see what’s true and what actually works…
