Wassup Fam,
Hope all is good and have a happy weekend to you and your family.
So for those who still remember my old post regarding the commission multiplier that was applied via my company that I thought it was way unfair for bringing down the multiplier to 125% instead of 200% as it used to be, please check the link to follow up with the old thread.

After those complaints were heard and discussed via the upper management they decided to split the multiplier plan based on the call skill for each Inbound call instead of dealing with it as an overall conversion rate to our payouts.
One of the Pros about it is the increase of the multiplier rate again from 125% max to 150% which is good, however, one of the main Cons it still has that getting the call skills handled separately _and since you can not control the call skills entry as an agent_ this may let you achieve way less than you deserve based on your conversion rate on those handled skills, as the lower the skill entry the lower the chance for you to maintain a good conversion rate on em that will impact your multiplier rate on that skill and consequently your overall payout.
So tell me folks, especially my SDR Fellas, Is that a normal scenario we have here and do you have anything common like that in your company as well, finally what would you say the fair multiplier would be and whether it should be dealt as an overall target as I used to have or separate as I have right now?
New Targets were shared via the below link for those who wanna know more!
Waiting For your Feedback Peeps,
Much Love,
