learning that the more organized my space is the better I perform. as well as my calendar. 8-12 is for one gig, 1-5 for the other, and 6-8 for my side gig.
start my day with reading a sales book- then get into calls/emails, template building, self sourcing leads, collaborate some with teamates.
then lunch
then same thing with the other gig. its pretty easy to make 80 dials in a couple hours but more so important making sure you're calling the right people and having enough people to call daily and email daily so self sourcing new leads I do for about an hour each day for each job as well.
if im too busy for meetings that are non essential I dont attend and for essentials sometimes Ill take them on my way to get lunch or while doing self sourcing
so multitasking is also key.
