the other has a great director who is competent, a product that is a category creation type, and is exciting to sell and a team that is awesome to work with.

Did some more coaching today for job 2 when I did wake up
did the same thing with the sdr he was having issues with enrolling and sending out emails
i asked him to share his screen and I taught him how to fix the issues himself, introduced him to the persona based sequence, showed him around tasks. and shadowed and mentored him as he completed his first ten tasks
first i told him how to personalize
a) go to their linkedin
b) company and job description fit? check
c) relevant details in bio or JD? copy and paste relevant section
d) copy and past into beginning and end of person based template and reformat slightly to have good sentence structure and flow into the template
e)send, repeat
then how to dq people
i did this with him once, then had him show me. then critiqued his way, then did it with him again, then had him show me again. each time he drastically improved his sentence structure, flow, and EQ for this thing.
by the 5th time of him showing me how to do it I was confident to let him loose for the day
it took about an hour but the impact is huge
you can hear the smile and relief in his voice
