Day #17 of two sales Jobs - Just took 3 days off to chill and celebrate

Whatup my loyal savages and compadres. the crazy man is back.

I took off a few days just to chill and celebrate since Friday. Getting to the 100k Base mark was a goal for such a long time and now that I've gotten it I'm ecstatic. I'm working on my next goals currently for salary and earnings.

I have been less and less interested in my AE job since my last post and just trying to find a new role really on LinkedIn but it seems like an all time low point right now for hiring and I haven't really been putting in the effort that I originally had when prospecting for my own roles because I've been chillin.

The first job is kind of just demoralizing to be around because so many people get let go and so many people start up each week it's like an Amazon Warehouse at this point and the pay is so ass, and the workload is pretty much that of an AE an and SDR.

I'm planning on just chilling out for that job for now and maybe putting in an effort again next month.

On the second job I've been coaching the SDR preparing for my SDR manager gig there and was able to get him out of a one month slump for no meetings up to 3 in just 3 days of coaching.

So that was a huge win and my boss was ecstatic. We have finished working on messaging styles and now it's time to start generating some SQL's so that should be fun.

As far as the Linkedin story goes I'm still kinda torn on what to do. I don't want to block my managers on one company and I don't want to create another linkedin. I'm thinking of just telling my manager that I started a side gig I am doing on the weekends for some consultant work as a lead SDR and that it wont take away from my current work. But being that I am actively looking for a better AE role and not motivated to actually perform this month, not sure how to actually approach that conversation.

All in all everything's going well - promising to keep these updates consistently for my eventual movie release and book coming out called 'Dual fisting corporate' Thoughts on future titles?
