I'm off PTO now for the second sales job (AE) and had my first 1-1 with my new manager (the last one was fired)
- i am now the sole remaining survivor of my 4 onboarded AE's 6 months ago (2 quit, 1 let go)
- my new manager is actually hella chill and I like her. she's my age, and was nice to me about my 'mental health' 2 weeks of PTO
- i let me bosses boss and my manager know I will not be going on video going forward because 'my therapist said it would help with my anxiety, but will be for client meetings'
- booked 2 meetings for the next day
- working to make 60 dials in the next hour and still have time for J1's activiites
At the other job
- made 30 video messages and got a few positive responses
- working through tasks.
at both:
- dual fisted our weekly sales/marketing call with our team huddle for J1 & J2 by being off camera and muted for one and present for the other
Had a nice pep talk this morning with my peeps on mental health, that was lit.
Feeling alot better.
