Did anyone use Clari? How is it going to help avoid revenue leaks?

I know some people live in Clari, but I personally didn't see any use beyond what any CRM would do. I really disliked the number they assigned to the deal in regards to its chance to close. Felt inaccurate and gimmicky.

Listen man, we use it and tbh it's AI based. It's been close to a quarter but I as a rep didn't see much value. But from forecasting and revenue perspective it does create some great reports.

Its an easy to use interface to for IC or managers to check "pulse" on deals. It rates engagement, next meeting scheduled, and multi threading etc.
The predictive AI has been pretty accurate (frighteningly so).
I think overall, if you have the money and forecasting is critical its a good tool.
We also use their Mutual Project Plan tool "Clari Align" its good, better than Quip or a spreadsheet.

Similar experience. Duplicated effort to update notes/forecast in Clari when it was already in Salesforce, which accelerated it's uselessness. I imagine that connection has been fixed in the last few years.

We just started using it and it is helpful in some ways and not in others. Some of the reports r cool to see but also feel like majority of them are just not useful or irrelevant. Even for management, because I doubt they look at it even if they where going to to justify layoffs or something like that.

The number/percentage it gives on chances of deal closing is AI based and is not very accurate at times. Ive had ones that where 80-90% and lost them and ones that where in 20% and closed won in a week. Its supposed to learn and get better over time around the company, the system, deal flow and overall sales org. and maybe the sales rep as well. Idk how accurate that is though.

I think a tool like this is too premature

Clari is a solid tool but you need to put the work into the platform to actually capture the data that leads to wins.

I use it every single day. It's doesn't directly help you in preventing revenue leakage. It helps in enabling the sales team to do better in each call. There are multiple ways in which they grade calls - "WOW factor" that lets the managers see if the AE created any wow factor in the call yada yada. This would then help the enablement teams to empower the AEs.
I don't think any tool except retention tools would help in revenue leakage.
