My last company grew by $45M in ARR from March-December 2020. Everyone was at home instead of flying all over the country for broker meetings, marketing events, etc.

From the time I have moved into SaaS (recently), I have only worked from home. Zero intention to hit the office.

WFH and our revenue was a fucking roller coaster but that was due to market conditions, not WFH.

Iโ€™m personally wfh my whole time as AE but am doing well, maybe ramp up wouldโ€™ve been quicker from office

As a BDR its important to be in the office as much as possible for coaching and guidance, for an AE its important to be in the office 2-3 days a week for rapport and coaching. For a leader, its important to be in consistently, if its just consistently 1-2 days but the same 1-2 days.ย
