Do you work from home? Answer your own poll...maybe give it some context as to why you're asking the question while you're at it.
My last company grew by $45M in ARR from March-December 2020. Everyone was at home instead of flying all over the country for broker meetings, marketing events, etc.

WFH and our revenue was a fucking roller coaster but that was due to market conditions, not WFH.

Iโm personally wfh my whole time as AE but am doing well, maybe ramp up wouldโve been quicker from office

As a BDR its important to be in the office as much as possible for coaching and guidance, for an AE its important to be in the office 2-3 days a week for rapport and coaching. For a leader, its important to be in consistently, if its just consistently 1-2 days but the same 1-2 days.ย
