Does your company do work off-sites?

I work fully remotely and I just came back from my first company offsite that was in Miami! The ability to connect to my coworkers in person was unbelievable. You can't create a connection over zoom all the time so we were able to create a bond, allowing us to get to know each other a little better. Plus the opportunity to learn what others do at your company is so beneficial.
