I just completed my second offsite sales trip with my team, and I'm feeling fantastic! As a new SDR in Tech Sales, I had the opportunity to connect with many people in my company who are involved in the entire sales process. Although remote work can sometimes feel isolating, meeting my team in person and collaborating with them made it all the more enjoyable. I'm now ready to push hard for Q3, not only to meet my quota but to exceed it. This trip taught me to stay motivated through any situation because sales is a mental game. Not every day will be a win, but I have the potential to succeed by focusing on my end goals and working hard every day. I can't wait to see where my SDR journey takes me next!
