EOR - Blooming business?

Hello Savages - happy new year. It's been a while so I hope you're killing it big time.

Employer of Record (EOR) market seems to be a blooming and quite interesting business and I'm curious to know your experience in that regard. Have you heard of it?

Current top companies (Forbes) are Globalization Partners, Velocity, and Go Global. Does any of your current companies use this kind of service to hire professionals globally?
