Need help with some new lunch ideas. I am pretty good about meal prepping everything on Sunday night so I am prepared or the week. What is you go to favorite lunch you bring to the office. Ready.. set.. GO!

I like to make a big frittata and take in some each day. Can change it up quite a bit week by week.
Typically smoke some type of meat on Sunday and pair with veggies and rice during the week. Smoked meat rotation is typically chicken or turkey, Boston butt for pulled pork and then possibly a loin or brisket whatever I can find on sale at the butcher

I make homemade guac then shred some grilled chicken into it. Throw it into a Pita with a big slice of Tomato on top… sooo delicious and filling.
I like to make casserole sized means like lasagna, enchiladas, Stir fry, etc. and save leftovers for lunch. Keep 1 meal out and freeze the rest

If you can find one of those bag salads that drives you to an O, 10/10 recommend. My fav is the Avocado Toast one from Target.
My everyday lunch is essentially a caprese sandwich. Is it my favorite lunch as you asked? No. But I ate whatever was around for the longest time and really ramped that up at the start of the pandemic. Saw the doctor a few months ago and needed to make some changes, so here I am. Overnight oats in the morning. Fruit for AM snack. Veggies of some sort for PM snack. At the very least I don’t spend mental energy thinking about what to eat.
Roasted eggplant, arugula, ricotta cheese and pine nuts with balsamic vinegar
Adult lunchables.
I just double whatever I'm making that night so I have leftovers.

I like brunch so eggs or pancakes
Pork chops, banana slices and fried red beans with a special pink sauce.
Diablo sandwich and a Dr. Peppa.
Well if it's dinner be direct and ask if they have a preference of wine for the table. They will tell you if they drink or not.
This is the best approach. You’ll know pretty quickly if the expectation is to tie one on.
