take a look through those, should keep you busy. i personally don't use the first name every time because everyone else does and any email i get worth opening doesn't say my first name in it unless it's from a d2c brand, not a b2b salesperson. i do use first names in subject line through a deal cycle if multiple people are cc'd --> i.e. legal docs attached, for FIRSTNAME and cc the entire team

My best performing subject is "Opinion on [what product does] project?". e.g. Opinion on Mql conversion project, opinion on payroll automation project, etc.
Email body has no small talk, just here is the potential impact, is this worth exploring?

Cold email, or important email in a series?
In either case, whatever gets them to open the email!

have found success with “question on ___” depending on what the title is. For example, a marketing director I would say “question on **insert their company here** content”. Then make sure in the first two or three sentences of your email you are indeed asking them a question, like “with your expansion into Canada how does your company plan on tailoring content to drive consumer awareness?

I just use "Hey [Name]?". I get good open rates with this.
