Feedback on SalesGPT replacing Search..

I'm loving SalesGPT but I find it a little inconvenient that it has replaced the search function bar that allowed you to look topics / prior threads in the War Room.

The search function was great for being able to search a specific topic before potentially posting a duplicate thread.

SalesGPT is great for getting an AI driven answer to a specific question based on prior content (seriously, very powerful tool and I'm pumped about!. Each serves its purpose but I don't think one could necessarily replace the other.

Anyone else feel similarly? Or maybe search is still there and I just can't find it...

I think if you scroll down to the bottom, all of the relevant posts related to your search come up.

I gotta agree with this. I’m here because I like it raw and unfiltered. SalesGPT serves a purpose. But the search bar brings the raw words quicker.

I hear your concerns and wanted to share some context. Our current goal is to make SalesGPT the Alexa/Siri of our entire Bravado community. This means connecting SalesGPT across product suites and you'd be able to do everything through SalesGPT. Hence, we merged SalesGPT with the search bar.

SalesGPT is supposed to be able to do both - generate high level AI summaries AND return respective threads. The latter, you can find under "More from Bravado" after the AI Summary. But I do hear you, SalesGPT should be able to do it better - be able to show you the thread with the topic you're looking for.

A lil note tho, is that our team is currently experimenting with a search bar that does both SalesGPT and regular search. If successful, this iteration will be in another version!

it might be beneficial to have 2 bars - one search and one SalesGPT, or have Sales GPT as a link on the far left of the page, especially while you're in Beta.

That makes sense. I think the challenge with its current state is that if you just search a topic into SalesGPT it comes back with something like I couldn't find what you're looking for or try asking that in a question format, and doesn't provide the "more from Bravado option". It will be great once they are merged or if it provided the more from Bravado option regardless of any yield, and that would just trigger the old school search

@ArmageddonOH! In this scenario, it truly means there were no threads associated with your search. The way to think about it is, SalesGPT gives you an answer by reading threads in the wr about the specific topic. So no SalesGPT answer = no threads in the WR!
