Finders Fee?

Hey Now Savages!!!

I've gratefully been approached by a couple colleagues who has requested my expertise and the question came up, what's my finders fee? Now, we've discussed percentages and commish but I'm not sure what my "finders fee" should be. So why not axx my people for some feedback, if you've side-hustled or contracted your services what are some average finders fee #s? It could be per meeting or warm/vetted opportunity etc etc.

Depends on their cycle and how they collect payment.
If these guys are pros and deliver a killer service take a bigger chunk of business closed vs meetings booked but if you're unsure then take the opposite route.

My friend who has a marketing agency does $200 per qualified appt and then a percentage if the deal closes not sure but prob lower than what an AE would make.
As an SDR, I get 1% of deal closed for opps I generate

Ive done something similar, it was more like training to be in full cycle sales, but I got 50% commission of the closed deal. depending on the sales cycle id take a % of commission if its short cycle, longer cycle id ask for a $ upfront and an additional lump sum if it closes.
