Fintech commission

Are there any fintech AEs in here from orgs like Stripe, Plaid, Adyen, etc., where revenue comes from usage and not from subscriptions? If so, how do your commission structures work? Are you paid out a percentage of revenue based on what level of attainment you hit? What do those percentages look like for an AE?

There is still a contract based on expected numbers with minimus. It’s all based on the TCV minimums.

Another note, price per transaction goes down as volume/guarantees go up. So there is incentive to get it right numbers wise.

I worked for a competitor. We had a point system won and lost contracts, sold terminals,… these points got you to a percentage of quota. It was a bad system
