I was complaining the other day to my fiancé about how I have to handle so many leads that it keeps me busy all day long (i handle the entire international division so every single lead comes to me).
She said this is a good problem to have and I couldn't argue much. Though I'd love to have an SDR who I can collab with and increase my productivity, but that got me thinking - are there any other good problems to have in sales apart from too many leads?
