When the eff will Salesforce get with the times and follow suit? Or do they have it already and I missed it? If not, they should call it Salesforce Thunder to keep it on theme with Lightning.

To my knowledge they don't have it. You have to download an add-on to your browser. Not sure why they aren't with it.
yeah I looked into that right after my post.ย Only thing I could find was a plug-in / add-on as well.ย Nothing in regular settings.

I use HubSpot, SalesLoft, and Seamless...all of them have bright white backgrounds and my eyes get tired much faster than if I'm on a site where I can turn on dark mode/manipulate the code.

I always thought dark mode was a choice due to eyesight and not an option just out of preference of what looks better?
to me it was just something different that i thought looked kinda cool, but now I really do recognize the difference it makes on my eyes.

I love dark mode on my Kindle reader.ย It's much, much easier on my eyes. I've invested in tinted computer reading glasses for my laptop and sites that just aren't available in dark mode.

Doesn't make a difference in the Salesforce UI, at least not on my end.
